Why is a good merchant dashboard and reconciliation so important?

A helpful merchant dashboard and highly accurate reconciliation will save you hours on a daily basis and hundreds of dollars, during tax season!

We automatically reconcile completed payments to transactions on your bank statement and your POS/software dashboard, as they are posted and match returns as well, streamlining operations and reconciliation. You'll know exactly where all your money is at any given point of time - so you can focus on growing your business, without the pains of revenue management.

Do I need a POS/software integration?

If you are already using a POS/dispensary software, it may be helpful for you to link that with Swifter. We can do this for you easily. You can also use Swifter without an integration - our payment links and checkout pages require no code to set up, and can help you process payments related to your business.

Can I pay my vendors and collect invoices using Swifter?

Absolutely. Our business payments feature is in beta, and we'll give you free access to 6 months of business payments, saving you upwards of thousands of dollars.

Do I need a bank account from a specific bank?

No, we provide you a business banking account from Day 1. If you prefer to use a specific bank, we can work with them too!

How soon can I start using Swifter?

You can log into Swifter and start testing in our sandbox environment immediately. We are currently working with selected merchants, but please send us an email at hello@swifterhq.com to get started. Once we complete all compliance and KYC requirements on your behalf, you can go live and start accepting payments.
